Purchased ultimate + battle pass and got nothing

I purchased the ultimate+ content and received nothing, but it shows I've completed those parts of the battle pass. I've included a video showing exactly what I mean by this, it shows everything up until the level I have completed in the battle pass has a check mark showing I've unlocked it but as you can see when I go to the legends tab and check I don't have the items. I've also included another attachment showing the order receipt if this is not proof enough than I'm not sure what else I need to show. Solutions I've attempt to fix this include but are not limited to: restarting my console and game, uninstalling and re-installing apex legends, leveling up the battle pass, and attempting a refund which was not possible because I used microsoft balance for the purchase.[EDIT!] wanted to add that my case days waiting for player but hasn't received a response so I'm not sure what I should do does anyone have an idea??

    The reason is because that's an upgrade to the Ultimate Pass, (not the Ultimate Plus Pass itself):

    Apex Legends™: Ultimate+ Battle Pass Split 2 Upgrade
    †Requires Apex Legends, "Takeover" Ultimate Battle Pass Split 2 (sold separately), all game updates and gameplay to unlock battle pass content.

    I'm not sure if it could be refunded, but if it can be, it would be through the platform it was bought on, (in your case, that would be through Xbox).
