So no matter what american server or region in america i pick its 10 min + for match to finally start. But if i swap to say Amsterdam it is instant ques. American servers appears to have a issue or a...
Hello,
I have a new computer build.
I installed Apex and when I ran it the first time, it stopped and said the cheat alert didnt like my ASRock RGB controller software (no clue why) so I removed the RGB controller.
Started again, it starts, but will not let me into matchmaking at all.
1 hour, 5 hours, nothing.
Tried different servers, nothing.
I made sure firewall is off, ports forwarded, still nothing.
Wondering how to resolve this issue. It use to work on my old computer but that is now formatted so I cant test it now.

Let's try some troubleshooting to see if we can help get this fixed for you here.
First, can you try starting up our PC in a Clean Boot to see if that helps at all? If there's anything else running on your PC that might be blocking the connection that should help get around it.

I booted into clean boot, uninstalled both of my Antiviruses, after the reboot, tried it, still with the same issue :/ wondering if its my account.

I am unsure what changed but, I installed apex on my old pc that couldnt handle it, it worked. Went back to my PC, logged back into origin and it took awhile but it actually worked for the first time.
Then later in the day, joined a friends match and we were able to play a game or two.
So not sure what the resolution was, wondering if maybe my account had a 24 hour hold due to the LED software which, unsure why that was considered an issue.
But seems to be working now.
