Random crashes

Yo, idk what is this, but for the last 3 month of playing this game it always crashed in random moments in the game and writing like it is bcs of anti-cheat or afk, but i play without cheats and neve...

Try these troubleshooting steps:

Download and install all available Windows Updates
Turn off the EA app overlay via the three bar menu at top left, Settings, Application, In-game overlay (also disable any other overlay)
Clear the EA app cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
In the EA app, click on the game and then Manage, Repair
Make sure your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output
Run System File Checker to help ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
Perform a clean boot before starting: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
