I found a solution a few days ago. The problem was a faulty update on Telekoms Speedport modem router that lead to small data packages being ignored. They fixed the firmware but for some reason did not happen automatically for many. So go and check if your modem router firmware is up to date

Hi everyone,

I'd like to add to this topic. I experience the exact same Issues. I am also with Telekom but use a Fritzbox 7590 with fibre 250/50. A friend of mine in another Bundesland has the same Issues as I do, another friend in my Bundesland in another city too. All with Telekom. When we queue up together we always have roughly the same package loss. Either 0%, 1-10% ~25% or 50+%.

At least two of us use a Fritzbox with up to date firmware, for the third of us I cannot speak. Our mates with another Provider don't experience the same issues. As I said what is bugging me is that we always have the problem at the exact same time - as if the server started for the game was on a faulty connection to the ISP.

Would be cool if you could investigate a potential issue with the provider itself.

I would like to add that using a VPN solves the problem. But I don't think that this is a permanent solution. I am Using PIA with the Frankfurt server. (To play on Frankfurt one)
