Random sound delay/lag PS4

Since two days my sound will randomly play about a second after it should, sometimes for only one thing, sometimes for several things in a row. If the delay gets  really bad some sounds also go completely silent and wont play at all. In those cases I also get micro stutters and the whole game seems to have trouble to not crash. I did not change any of my settings or anything else. I have tried to empty my PS4 cashe and turn down the video clip length to 10 minutes and the quality to 720p after reading about it on an old  post about this kind of sound problem. That didnt help or change it at all.
