Rank Didn't Fully Reset

After Season 9 started, my rank didn't successfully reset. I'm currently in Gold IV, but the matchmaking function still thinks I'm in Platinum II so I'm in much more challenging lobbies. I've tried s...

    Hey @foremostwolf, 

    This should fix itself after a bit if you keep playing solo matches. It may take several before the ranks sync back up.
