Rank Reset

Hello i have a perhaps strange request. Earlier this year all my accounts were breached, and have since been recovered. However in the time between discovering the issue and recovering my accounts, the hackers had accessed my apex account and used it for boosting/smurfing or something along those lines. My rank was very high when i got the account back, I was ranked master in fact. Now on to the issue, this is completely unplayable for me as i am not very good. I want to know if a ranked progress reset is possible?
