Ranked Apex

Every time I enter a ranked match I'm reset to rookie 4 and lose no RP for the resulting match, after the match is over I regain 9455 RP which brings me back to the correct rank. The reason I'm reporting this is due to the fact I don't have an entry cost in the game and if I'm positive in RP I keep all of it including the amount i should've lost during the game. I have only played 2 games where this has occurred and won't play anymore as I fear my account might be terminated.
