ranked points reset bug

on the last day of season 23, February 10th my RP was reset when i loaded into a ranked game, i entered at #39 pred and it showed 155k masters in game. after the game ended i was immediately reset to rookie 4. I've attached several photos showing evidence. I've waited over a month for any type of support. when creating a support ticket i was given vague responses and "how ranked works" articles.

i grinded for 2 months straight and feel like i deserve the appropriate badge i earned.
