Razer Blackshark v2 pro wireless

This is an issue I only have on Apex, I run apex through origin and have no issues with any other games. I can exit all other programs that run in the background and it still occurs, resetting my computer also does not fix it. My headset is a razer black shark pro V2 and connects wireless through a USB dongle. Mid-game or in the menu my headset will shut off all audio completely and freeze my game for a few seconds, It then reconnects pings to say it reconnected and unfreezes. It is extremely inconvenient and consistently happens during or after every game. My PC has no framerate issues and it can occur in the menu.
