Re: 1 players in queue

Hello, I’m having an issue with my Apex Legends account. Many years ago, my account was hacked and I received a ban. I successfully appealed the ban and the restriction was lifted, so my account is now active again.

However, when I try to play now, matchmaking does not work properly. When I queue for a game, it always shows “1 player in queue” , so I cannot actually start a match. This happens in both regular playlists and Ranked, and I cannot enter any full lobby. Strangely, I am still able to enter only TRAINING mode , so the game seems to work at least in that part.

When I log in with a different account on the same platform, I can play normally and matchmaking works fine. This makes me think that the problem is linked specifically to my main account and not to my internet connection, device, or platform.

Could you please check my account and see if there is any hidden penalty, restriction, or matchmaking issue still applied?
