Hello thank you for reaching out to me, I have tried some of those tips, restarting console and shutting down router. Also checking my connection everything is good there. I’m not sure why this is happening I have played this game for over a year with the same server and internet and I haven’t had issues like this before.
Also I did squad up with another random player and I was able to get into a match. I’m not sure why I’m not able to go into one on my own. Please help. ☹️ This is what I see.

Community ManagerHi - my son is having the same issue. all fine until 3 days ago, then only 1 or 2 players in queue. We play Xbox One. NAT is open. We've tried all different data centres but nothing changes. His rep on Xbox is 'good'. these are all things that various user boards have suggested! When you have a chance could you try updating the DNS on your Xbox to see if that makes any difference at all? I've seen some cases where using a different DNS can help with issues like this as well.
To update the DNS on your Xbox follow the steps below:
1. Open the Settings on your Xbox and choose Network
2. Select Advanced Settings, then choose DNS Settings
3. Choose Manual
4. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but if there is a different public DNS you would rather use instead that's OK as well.

Community ManagerOn Xbox, I have a second account which works (same game, same servers, same Xbox, same settings, different EA profile) so I'm happy with DNS settings and port settings.
Community ManagerHmm, gotcha. Do you know if your Xbox account has any sort of Xbox Live restrictions at the moment? Was it actioned by Xbox Live recently?

I play on an Xbox One S. I have the same problem. It all started when the Aftermarket Came out with the Cross play Beta thing, but I didn't get it. Instead I got something else
Where you press match make, in the top left corner, it has the Xbox logo with the word 'Only' next to it. I can't get into a game and it is really ticking me off.
I am considering deleting the game and never reinstalling it again. It is nearly my birthday, and I usually get some money and was going to put it in my account to buy Apex Coins.
Please help me.
Community ManagerThanks for the additional information. Do you know if you have cross-play enabled in your Xbox Privacy settings? If not, can you try enabling it to test and see if that makes any difference at all? For more info on how to change the privacy settings check out the Microsoft Support website.

No, it's not fixed. The issue is with players that have more than one person on the same EA account. You cant get into a match because EA servers think there are 2,3, etc. people on the same account trying to play. It's the same reason people on the same account can't play Madden 21 at the same time. Even if they both paid for the game and are on different consoles they still can only have one of them on the game at a time. Also EA will not unlink one of you for any reason so your Gamertag or PSN is forever apart of that EA Account. EA is garbage, they are not player friendly, they do not care about the player, they only care about the $$$$.
Gone through all troubleshooting and nothing solved it. Constant 1 player in queue on main account only and can’t even get into the firing range. Other accounts work fine and so does playing in a pre-made squad.
i have the same problem but i am on pc and the only thing that works is the winter express event. this has been going on for days.
