If you had accidentally linked a platform to your EA account and are trying to move that back to the original EA account, you can try contacting support directly to see if they have any other options available. Otherwise, you would need to wait for that 6-month cooldown.
If you
create a new case here and select
Game Support > EA account > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
Keep in mind progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress. You'll only have that progress on the EA account where it was originally earned, so if you had unlinked your PSN account as well, you would need to move that back to its own original account.
If you had progress on two separate EA accounts, there is not a way to combine that unfortunately.
