Re: account reset after linking with steam

Did you link your Steam from a different account? Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.

That sounds like it may have happened here, so if you're missing any content you would need to re-link your Steam to its original EA Account to try restoring access.

If you run into any trouble re-linking the original accounts, please contact support so they can take a look into this with you.

my steam account was linked to a different EA account so i unlinked it from there then i linked it to my original EA account then the reset happened,
if i try to unlink my steam account now it says you can unlink in 10/02/2025

@ArchPick92 Whichever EA account you unlinked your Steam from would have that progress. It's not possible to transfer progress to different EA accounts.

Please contact support if you're having any trouble re-linking accounts.
