@bigmas91 HEad over to EA.com and go into the account settings.

Under the Security tab you can see all current log ins. If you have any logins that are not from you, we advise to contact support and have the account secured. It also may be possible that the IP address at your location is changing when you log in. There are steps for that but should only be changed when you are having a network issue.

Support can also check and see if there are any unusual log ins.

You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email. First, clear the browser history and cache from the main browser you use.

  • Select the Games tab
  • Select EA App
  • Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
  • You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
  • Select Continue without logging in
  • This should give you the chat/email option
