@FinngostriderHello there, if you buy a product from a 3rd party service that is not a legitimate seller, we can't really help you in any way.
Many of the websites like the one you mentioned are a "Gray area market" and often a hotspot where sellers use stolen cc.

However, you could always contact the support and see if they could help you in any way.

I only recommend you buy from official stores to be sure we can help you and/or assist you with receiving the coins you paid for.

Just keep in mind that any purchase may take up to 24 hours before it's visible in your account.
I would advise you not to use a service like that in the future, have you tried contacting their support/the seller and asking for a refund?

    Hello tanks for youre response.

    The problem isnt the third party site i used, it just gives me an ea apex coins code. I redeemed the code it showed me what i got and it worked. From ea howerver i didnt get my coins.

    Hi, sorry if this wasn't made clear earlier, the code in question was for PC coins. If you download and play on the EA app, they'll be available for use, and unfortunately can't be transferred. 

    Also we'll edit out your image, it contains personally identifying info, please don't post anything with your personal details or email on the forum.

    @EA_David Im not trying to be rude right now but how can i own them on my pc account if i dont own a pc or apex on any windows platform. I play on playstation so....

    @EzyHawk Hello not trying to be rude. I dont own a pc and i just downloaded ea app on my school laptop and its linked to my playstation and i dont own any games on my laptop. There is like no possible way the coins can be transfered to my ps5? Because i just spend 53 euros on air this way. The third party company cant do anything about it as i said. My only hope is in you guys

    Since its official launch in 2018, Eneba has proven to be a legit site for buying game codes but proceed with caution. Headquartered in Kaunas, the second-largest city in Lithuania, Eneba is a gray market website, meaning codes are sold legally but sold outside of the original developer’s permission. While users have had some great experiences buying on Eneba, there is a chance you’ll get scammed. It’s advisable to look at the seller’s rating before making any transaction. 

    I did a quick internet research and really do have to agree with @EzyHawk buying from a third party is not good and as far as Eneba goes it looks like the possibility of getting "scammed" is not all that low.

    With that in mind I really do think that this is an issue between you and Eneba and or the entity within Eneba that you purchased from.

    @Asmodeus566 No no i didnt get scammed, the code worked the coins are just send to my pc account idk my pc account since i dont have one. The coins are just send to the wrong account cuz i bough a pc code and i didnt know. But is there a way of transfering them because i know you guys can.

    @Asmodeus566 look at this picture. I didnt get scammed as ur college told the coins are on my pc acc. Wich "can't be transfered." I know they can and from my eyes you guys are the scammers. If i dont get them i will post about this i got over 1k followers and i post apex content.

    Just so you are aware I do not work for EA. I am just a Forum member like you.

    Your best bet to get this resolved is via EA support however this may be difficult or may not even be possible, like I said I do not work for EA and do not know what they may or may not be able to do to assist you.
    I understand your frustration but there is no reason to be mad at me and making threats to EA is also not going to help you.
     
    The best advice I can give is contact EA support.
