Re: Apex Crashing when Launched
Are you using any launch parameters for Apex? (e.c fps caps, reticle colors, showpos)
If so, check your launch options and try to remove the "+reticle_color" parameter, this should fix your problem.

I'm unsure if other formats work like cfg and so forth, though this is information I've gathered directly from the site.
