@ISWEATI was your PC account created after the October 26th cut off date? If thats the case, any secondary Apex Legends accounts created after Oct 26th for the same EA account, will not be eligible to be merged.

My username is LuckyHaze and I also lost my heirloom... I've had my apex account on Xbox wayyyy before the cut off and when I cross progressed today it was not there, could you please help me as well. Thank you.
My in game name is shelovenyt after the cross progression I did not receive my caustic heirloom nor a skin I bought on the same account. I’ve had this account since season 2 please help
