Re: Apex freeze 100% CPU Usage

Pretty much the same as everybody in this post, i had that "freezing" since yesterday afterpatch.

Tried a few different fixes even diggin in files but havent found anyhting.
but i noticed that most of us got i7 9700k or symilar serie CPUs. maybe something with compatibility of it (?)

My specs:
i7 9700k
RTX 2070 Sup
Win 10 pro

After yesterdays patch I got black screen crash, then its just stuck there, cpu is at 100% though but this has never happened before until yesterday patch. It seems everyone here has the i7 9700k that are crashing EA gotta fix there stuff buddy

I have the same issue, game freezes and it will close with a Windows Error message that it's not responding...
BUT, I have a Ryzen 9 3900 with a RTX 2080 Super and Win 10 Pro, so, the issue is not only Intel based.
I tried repair, I tried reinstalling,... but so far, nothing helped, had now my 11th crash since the update at random spots and random situations and it's not like that it will always freeze at that same location.... It is freakingly annoying!

i7 9700K got crashes since the new update hopefully someone finds out what's up with these crashes

Same problem with freezing as well. No logs - happens in game, various characters, various times. No logic to it seemingly.
I've got a Ryzen 3700x CPU, also at 100% at time of freeze.
Removed Apex, reinstalled clean files and same issue.

@xDila cool fact about this bug: only happens in Online matches. i've been playing like 2-3h 1v1 on Shooting range, and 0 problems. After that i got to trios and got frozen after first fight.

Tried downloading game with Steam : Full new download + new acc ( means no skins ) - worked perfectly for 4h+

Got into the game with Origin : With my main acc - freezed on 1st zone.

btw: today my teammate got the freeze first time too, playing on steam, happened to him 3 times in total during 4h+ sess.

Idk if it matters cuz cant try it right now, but maybe setting the skins/badges on basics, may work. i remember on some season there was a bug fixed by this form.

Same here since the Fight Night Update (Steam). Game randomly freezes and CPU goes 100% until i close it via Taskmanager.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3900X
GPU: ASUS RTX 2070 Super
RAM: 32GB DDR4-3600
SSD: Intel 660p 2TB
OS: Windows 10 Pro Build 2004
