The driver for your R7 370 card is from 2015, you'll definitely want to update that from AMD's driver website. It also looks like you could upgrade to the latest build of Windows 10. Search "Windows Updates" in the desktop search bar to check for pending updates.

    Tap on the link I quoted above to go to AMD's website to download the driver for your specific card.
