Re: apex legends fails to start

already tried all that, did it awhile after making the first post and didnt think of updating it cause it was late as hell.

    When you've got a chance could you post a DxDiag so we can take a look? You can find more details on how to pull one up over at the EA Help website

    Do you have Apex Legends installed on the same storage drive as the Origin client, or are they on separate devices? If they are separate can you try moving them both to the same drive to see if that helps at all? I've seen cases where having them installed on separate drives can lead to some weird issues. 

    Let me know if that makes a difference at all.

  • i normally keep games on my second drive because my ssd is rather full, but i have tried installing it on both.

    Hmm, gotcha. Can you try something else for me? Set up a new Admin user account in Windows and try signing into that user account to launch Apex Legends. Does it start up in that account?
