Re: apex wont download it keeps saying preparing and gets stuck at 8.45gb

Scroll down to the bottom to show your most recent download attempt and it should show an error message towards the bottome of the log,should help you pinpoint the issue, took me three days to figure out what was going on with mine and i tried everything on the forums
