This is something that will likely be resolved by running Windows Update, checking for new updates and then allowing any available updates to be downloaded and installed.

Once that is done, reboot and retry playing. Let us know your results here, thanks.

    Hello, will I've already updated everything I need for my windows but I still cant play the game. Is it because I have windows 7? Please help.
