I've been having the same problem and my friend said when they look up my name it doesn't show up

I play on ps4 and my username is [removed]

@7447666 Its a high possibility that in security settings for your account, your name may be unlisted. go through all settings and make sure you have able to find you by username set to everyone.

Hi @7447666, as @Tradables suggested we may be running into a security/privacy issue. Can you and your friend log into the EA's Customer Portal and check the privacy settings?
