It looks like you might be trying to reset the password on the wrong EA account that is not linked to your Steam. You can check "Connections" tab in "My Account" settings, if you do not see Steam link in there, it means that your Steam is linked to a different EA account. To activate the account, you will have to try and remember the email address of the EA account that is linked to your Steam and reset password on it. Please keep in mind that EA account and Steam account can have different login credentials.     Hello, I have a similar problem but for me when I want to lunch my game (using Steam) it is asking me to log in on an EA account that I am not acknowledgeable of. If i try to log in on my own EA account it says that: ''Your accounts can’t be linked because your Steam account thebug636 already linked to your EA Account for lo*****@outlook.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Steam account in its lifetime.'' even tough I never touched my EA or Steam account settings. I searched every where and I could not find a way to log out of the lo*****@outlook.com account using Steam and not EA. Hope you can help me! Thank you!

    hello,

    when i try to log in via steam it redirects me to the steam page ("is that you?") and when i click sign in and allow it asks me to confirm my identity by sending an email,

    but everytime it answers that here is a problem,

    PLS HELP
