Can we get an ETA on when this is gonna be fixed. Ive been working hard to finally get this skin and I cant equip it.

That’s completely unacceptable, seems my CC that i use to play this game is no longer rendering anymore either... I’ll let you know when there is an update.. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ 

It’s bad enough that they never add stuff into the game for Bangalore, after like 4 seasons there has been minimal skins or anything for her, but now the skins that she does have doesent even work. Can someone please fix this soon, I saved up for a long time and can’t even use what I bought this makes me not want to play the game at all

Well the hole thing is that's a very small problem so should not be much of a update at all just fix a bug. when I pay real money for these things then it's starts to be a big problem on my end!Get on it and do your jobs I do mine!

Perhaps 1200 crafting metals to buy a new legendary skin for the inconvenience for those having this problem. I have purchased the skin for Bangalore and have yet to have been able to equip it.

Seems it was deliberately disabled due to a bug. Considering I paid real money for the loot box that I got this skin from, I paid for something that I am being intentionally stopped from using.

Isn't this a bit of a grey area legally? 

Hi, the skins affected by the invisibility bugs will be made usable again once the core issue is resolved.

It is distasteful that it is still available to buy but once you have it can't be equiped. No message on purchase that it will be unavailable for a while - nothing.

I would have spent craft materials differently had I known.

It's like buying a pair of jeans then the shop not letting you take them home and telling you that you have to wait an unspecified amount of time before you can have your purchase.

It is no wonder that EA have a bad rep as they continually do things that say loud and clear that they do not care about the people who buy their products.

The dev tracker is showing that the issue will be fixed in a future patch.
Probably the skin will be back enabled in one of the next server patches. 

@EA_David  This issue has been on-going for two weeks now, Two I try my best not to get into a hissy with employees as you guys seem to have a nice time that works well with the players. But you guys either need to do refunds for the skin so that players can get something different to use since they can't use this. I got it as my legendary out of the guranteed legendary from the 10 dollar BP I haven't put any more money on the game cause I'm afraid im going to receive more content I cannot use. I'd like to either get 1200 credits and remove the skin from my account so that I may get something different, Take the bangalore skin off and give me the one that she does render correctly on, Or credit a different skin the account. Something for the two weeks I've personally (Likely for others that got it earlier then myself.) gotten content unavailable to me. I have half a mind to dispute the charge since I did not receive what was advertised when I bought the BP.1.  I would be willing to take 1200 credits and remove that bangalore skin from my account so that I get what I wanted. 2. Remove the Bangalore skin from my account and add a different legendary skin at random to the account. 3. Remove the current Bangalore skin and swap it for the fully-functioning one, All of which appear to be reasonable requests in my eyes. If none of these can be done I will be submitting a third ticket about this skin issue as I submit one per week I cannot use the Skin for.

Hi, is this issue still going on? Because I just unlocked this skin with my high earned craftables and money and I can’t even equip it.

Please let me know as I deserve my money’s worth.
