Its probably best to use driver version 417.71 for Nvidia gpu's as the latest drivers can cause issue too but and has been mentioned in other posts to be more stable while helping out.

I haven't see this issue before, its rather unique.

The glitchyness of the first image as you can see here:

Could indicate a corrupt texture and Apex game files while downloading which leads to this.

But thats just my detective work. :P
