Progress is not stored on your PSN account, but rather the EA account that was connected to your PSN account when that progress was first earned.
Your current EA account never even launched Apex on any PlayStation device until last month, so since you've played on PlayStation extensively, that must have been on a different EA account.
You'll need to track down this older EA account and link your PlayStation account back there as well to try recovering any progress that was lost.
If you don't recall another account or no longer have access, you'll need to speak with support so they can try to help locate that with you.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look. This is so unbelievably unhelpful.. i’ve had the same EA account for years and the account that i’m currently playing on is one that i used on a PC years ago.. Of course the last time i opened it was december that’s when the cross progression happened.. If it was the first time ever why did it start at level 11? And if it isn’t system specific how can you link different accounts to your ea account? (psn, xbox, pc, etc.)
