It seems like Respawn/EA are aware of an issue causing certain badges to disappear.
I'm not sure if this includes ranked badges, but they will release more information on a later date when possible.

Are they also aware that my permanent season 3 pred dive trail is also missing?
I don't believe this is tracked by them, though I have noticed some other players report this aswell.
Just to confirm, you haven't relinked/unlinked the platform account that you earned this dive trail on, correct?
the accounts I merged have not been unlinked, so yes, the account I earned the badge and trail on is still linked to my PC account. Also, I noticed this today but I had over 4000 kills on wraith from my console but when I merged this account to my PC account it didn't take the kills from my console and left me with only 700 kills on wraith on the 2 merged account is there a possible fix for that?
update I received my season 3 pred trail but I still don't have the ranked badge for it.
