Sorry for the wait on some additional clarification here.

To clarify, the guarantee you've mentioned is for the bundle, not each individual pack. Getting a four-pack will guarantee a Legendary or Iconic item, with a 90% chance for that to be Legendary and 10% for it to be Iconic.

The packs would otherwise fall under the probabilities at the top for the event and standard items in each.
