Re: Download and mouse cursor issue

Hi @blombsa Can you try reinstalling in this order to see if we are able to get fully installed? Also when it stops installing are you getting a message, or does the download just go down to 0 and stop?

Delete/uninstall apex and check the installation drive for any remaining files and remove them completely
Clear Origin cache
Put your device in a Clean Boot
Check the following
1. Start Origin as admin
2. Proxy settings are disabled
3. Turn off UAC Controls
Launch Origin and try to download the game (If possible let the download run without anything else running)

Let us know if you continue running into issues with it getting complete.

Hi, thank you.

The game installed and runs.

Back to problem number 2.
In game menu and in actual game, mouse cursor doesn't stop on the edge of monitor 2, like it is supposed to whenever a game is open.
Only solution so far is that I can't use 2nd monitor when playing apex. and only apex, all other ea games work normally.

Ideas?
