Re: Easy Anticheat Running Automatically Upon System Boot

Hi @E9ine_AC.

Have you taken a look at the startup processes in Windows to see if Easy Anticheat is showing up there? If so, you may be able to disable it from running on startup so you don't have to shut it down before you launch Apex Legends.

For more info on how to check the startup processes on your PC visit the Clean Boot article over at the EA Help website.

@EA_Kent I have checked start up management its not on the list. It appears to have corrected it self or a patch was pushed with a fix. I did everything on my end I could to trouble shoot even made dumps of it etc. Was unable to see the errors in the dumps which is obvious. My pc is brand new just built this was not a issue till about 4-5 days ago it hit hard. But even if i loaded origin patcher it was loading the anti cheat for some reason and allowed a block on the login due to it thought client was running. But yea seems its not doing it now today or yesterday.

Gotcha, thanks for letting me know. It's definitely weird that it started happening in the first place, but I'm glad to hear it's working normally now! 👍
