heres the funny thing whenever somebody claims to be falsely banned for something they always go to the forums over what really needs to be done cuz they know they got busted red handed and they try to get the players behind them happens all the time anybody who really has been falsely banned never goes to the forums they go right to the support ticket with their proof
Typically I would 100% Agree however...EA Support is god awful. I was false ban from Apex Legends from playing Valorant...the Riot Anti-Cheat conflicted with EasyAnti-Cheat... They kept telling me I cheated...until I straight up had to point out the fact..I played valorant. They don't have the smarts to actually see whats going on, you need to spoon feed them information they readily have available to them. This has been solved after a long and painful process and as far as I know THE ONLY way people got false banned for a short period of time. Ha! Don't get me started on the problem with Missing Twitch Skins that EA Support likes to tell me "Don't just disappear because its not programmed that way"....well no *...but 500+ Forum posts saying it does because its happened.
I've submitted a ticket or appeal to EA already before I even made this post. I made this post to ask about others who've been in this similar situation too because I've actually never cheated. I wanted to know if others have actually gotten their bans appealed and if EA requires a lot of documents in order to support your claim. I assure you I'm not cheating when I'm a hardstuck gold player averaging less than a kill a game.

We wouldn't need any additional documents to review a ban. Those actions are based entirely on what we can verify in our own records, so all you'll need to do is request that we take another look (which you've already done).
The length just depends on how many other requests are in their queue already. I'm not able to see that specifically, but based on other recent appeals you should be hearing back fairly soon if it's already been a few days. @EA_Mako Thank you for the quick response, I appreciate it
