I wanted to download apex after resetting my pc, but everytime the download would finish, it keeps restarting. My wifi and internet connection is good, never had any issues downloading any games before.

This is one of the most illogical answers here. Tip: installing another game (for example Sims 4) on exactly the same account and computer does not cause such problems, so even 5 cables connected to the router does not solve the problem. Are you AI or what !?
For me following worked:
i installed the game through steam, copied the game folder to a different location and renamed the folder to "Apex". then i picked this folder as installation path for Apex in EA App and started the installation. I have not deleted anything. and it worked.
