hey guys, just reposting this in case anyone has missed it: please guys, add the command line and follow the instructions mentioned here in the official S15 Mega Thread.

As more and more people do this, Respawn will be able to gather information and hopefully resolve our issue asap.

@Uhroboroshi there, sorry if I didn't communicate this correctly: this is not a fix! It is simply a way for Respawn to gather data in order to find out what causes the issue.

Without the command line mentioned (+watchdog_time_milliseconds 30000), your game won't produce any form of crash report. Now, once you insert the command line, start the game and the freeze occurs, you'll have to wait 30 seconds, then a pop up will show up - hit "cancel" on that and Respawn will get a crash report. This will hopefully help them identify the source of the issue.

Well….I sure hope the Devs or whoever over at Respawn/EA get this sorted out. APEX is my favourite game and has been for the past year. I’ve put a couple hundred into the game in that time. I can’t play, the freezing and crashing makes it unplayable, currently, downloading Warzone. 

@EA_David please ask them for fix the game, I’ll be back to check on this thread to see if it’s ever fixed. Appreciate it. 

So still no solutions almost 4 days later ? Wow.. it's my only hobby, I have a free evening tonight so I wanted to play and won't be able to do so.. thank you respawn/ea for your * services. 
Strange how a paid game like fifa have a solution within an hour, but since apex is a free game, screw you people.. 

For me, turning V-Sync to adaptive fixed the issue

Now I even crashed in arenas twice in 5 macthes, so the issue is getting worse somehow. I added the watchdog time to the properties.

I'm really fed up with this at this point though. Not only I have to play the inferior game mode, but even that's not working properly.

Sorry to insist, i dont know if i'm being seen here by someone who has a hand on that, but at this moment, this thread has an "EA-approved solution" badge on it. It really doesnt feel fair, the problem has absolutely no solution... 

I don't know if I'm imagining it or something but now the freezing only happens to me when I'm playing Rank when I'm playing Trios the game doesn't freeze I don't know what caused it but I did all the guides on this page so maybe it's related
I tried to play a different number of games before entering the rank but it didn't change the moment I played rank it crashed after 5 minutes but in Trios nothing happens everything works fine

@EA_David i hope Devs can solved this problem, bcz i think... last 3 days or after update.... apex lost so many player because this bug really annoys all players... so apex legends has a decrease in active players, including myself.... we prefer not to play like this instead of having to get something very uncomfortable...

Same here played yesterday 35 time freezee game what a shame . I spend a lot money of this game. Still freezee game code not work. Update game Respawn .
