Re: Game says Im banned despite not having a ban on my account

There are some bans the ban history page doesn't display. In the 'My Ban History' page, you should see this mentioned in the blue section:

Terms of Service aim to send an email out when bans are added though so there may be an email with more context about a ban/suspension in your inbox. Please double-check your emails for an email from the address 'noreply@ea.com'.

Are the questions in this forum closed to techies, then the questions we are reflecting here are meaningless, players spend a lot of money in the game, what is the reason and incentive to cheat to get their account banned? If you can't solve it, report it to the technical people, or the forum will be meaningless.

Welcome to the forum.
Please note the forum is not here to solve ban or suspension related problems, we can only point you in the right direction.
Mostly the forum is where we discuss what we like and dislike about the game and provide inciteful feedback on how things could possibly be improved from our POV's.
We do help each other with tips on play, how to troubleshoot things and help where we can.
With that in mind no one here on the forum can provide any assistance outside of advice on who to contact about Bans or suspension's.
The Forum is all but meaningless.

I have no email notyfiying of ban or any email for that matter from that address since march 2016
