Thanks. Try deleting your personal saved data for Apex. On your Xbox, highlight the Apex tile. Then, hit the Menu button on your controller. It's the one with the 3 horizontal lines to the right of the Guide button. Next, go to Manage game and add-ons. Then, go to saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it. Try playing again and let me know if it helps or not.

  • well yes but does that mean i have to do this every time? why does this happened? and does doesnt it happen for other video games that arent multi-million dollar companies?

  • ok the deleteing the player data from the game worked for like 2 hours ad now my game is unplayable again. deleting the player data isnt working anymore. the store, legends, and loadouts are all offline again the character is freezing in place. my connection is completely fine, when i switch to other games i can play perfectly but it only happens on apex legends.

    Are you still getting that same error you mentioned in your first post? Also, we should make sure there are no connection issues. Are you playing wired or wireless?

    @EA_Aljo Why suggest this when you knew the servers were down that affected this part of the game? You work for EA don't you? You didn't have to give them the run around, just let them know that EA was working on fixing the issue.
