Re: How do I fix an invalid EA account?

I have reset my password and I am not able to login to Apex Legends, it prompts me that my account is invalid. I was able to play this game on my main Xbox One X account on the 4th of July. I have worked this whole week and now I get that prompt, when attempting to play. I payed for all the limited time event items for the mirage heirloom and now this mysteriously happens. I feel that my account has been compromised as my xbox account is not listed under my linked accounts. Or this has something to do with Respawn readying crossplay. I have spoken with EA support to help resolve this issue and they just throw me over to microsoft. I have spoken to both customer support teams and nothing is able to be done. How am I to get back the progress and money that I have put into this game. When logging in to EA.com it states that my country is India, I had to set it to USA, I find that odd. My Xbox account with my gamertag is nowhere to be found and I have transaction receipts from microsoft for all my in-game purchases. THIS IS RIDICULOUS and I need answers and resolution as a loyal customer. I will not accept to be turned away by the developer. I have a transcript with EA that is poor in resolving anything, as they just want to get rid of me and throw me to microsoft, and so on and so on. All this was done by no action of my own. I NEED ANSWERS.
