I'm afraid there is no cross-platform progression for Apex Legends. If you start playing on PC you would be starting over on a fresh account. We don't have a way of transferring account progress between platforms.

So if I had a high level account with many skins, and I want to play on PC, there is no way I can play with the ps4 accoount with all my progressions?

I'm afraid I can't really help with account issues myself. That's something the EA Help team would need to handle.
If they weren't able to verify the account it may not be possible to recover it without the required info. If there's anything else you can provide I can only recommend following up with the EA Help team and letting them know.

This is extremely saddening as I have spent a ton of $$$ on my Xbox account, let alone all the time invested. I bought a gaming PC and have since moved to that platform. You are saying that my $$$ invested into Apex legends on my Xbox account is essentially a wash and null in void? I feel robbed, what the heck. Literally hundreds of dollars in skins etc just sitting there. . . . . . .
Community ManagerI can understand the feeling. Cross-platform progression is something the Apex Legends team has said they would like to implement in the future, but I'm afraid we don't have any additional info on that right now.
Hopefully it's something we can do in the future, but at the moment we don't have a way of moving progress between platforms.

I really like playing on my Xbox and my pc but the progress is different on both even though its the same account. wen will you have cross platforms for progress for apex its a good game but your progress should be everywhere you sign into not just on one system
I have a couple items I do care on my Xbox account
Would you guys be able to, at least, give these to me on the other account ?
Giving you a list, and you unlock these so I can use these on PC, that's all I'm asking for

Exactly Making the game playable on the game pass would be exactly it Whats so hard about EA to lazy to go in push a couple buttons
There is definitely a way as a majority of other games allow it so it's either you guys are to lazy or just to cheap and judging by servers I'd say to cheap
