Hey @scdesigner,

This article has more information about our refund policies.  

If an account is banned, it's generally not going to be eligible for refunds. In that case you'd want to go through these steps to appeal the ban first.

If you've submitted one appeal already where our Terms of Service team has reviewed the situation and kept the ban in place, you're welcome to submit a second appeal so that can be reviewed again.

    @EA_Mako TOS team works worst then your anticheat, i got a confirmed permanent ban for tiping "wtf" in the chat (first account).
    (second account) I got confirmed 10 days ban for a message wrote by another player.

    Are you posting on the second account, or can I get the EA ID for that account if not?

    That's definitely something I'd want to check into if you're seeing an action for something written by a different player.

    I removed the image as the language isn't appropriate, but I will see what I can find here.

    Had to made the 3rd account and play with all smurfs and cheaters in ranked, lost the days on world edge and the ban for wtf is confirmed, i'll download warzone dont worry.
    I such a badluck that this game is handled that bad.

    Hey man I have a perma ban on apex, I am completely at fault for the ignorant and selfish things I said in text chat. I know it goes against the rules but I went through a bad stage of drinking and I happened to lash out on apex during those moments. I promise to never do it again if I can somehow get access back to my account. The email to the account is [edit: email address removed] I’ve been banned for a long time now and I have so much money and time out into the game I’d do literally anything to get back on and use my heirlooms

    First off we can not assist you with account actions here on AHQ. 

    However here is a link to the ToS team so that you can attempt to dispute your ban.

    If you have already tried this and they have informed you that there decision is final than that is what it is.

    Since this thread is a bit old at this point, I am going to lock this down so that we can prevent any necro-posting.
