@youngpapiii22 You need to get to level 500 the first time, and have 100%'d most battlepasses and events to get to the number of packs to get an heirloom gaurenteed. As mentioned there are sites that'll give you a pretty good idea of how many packs to go if you enter in all the info, just search it up online if you're curious.
