Re: I connected my psn account to my EA account and lost all my items

@Batking79098076

Cross progression is not available.
I think the first time you launched Apex Legends on Ps4 the game asked you to create or sign in to an Ea account.
So your Psn account was already linked to an Ea account.

They say that If you unlink your platform account and link it back to the original EA Account it was linked to, you’ll get back all of your stuff.

*Once you unlink a platform account from your EA Account and link it to a new one, you cannot unlink it again for six months*

When you unlink a platform account from your EA Account, you can link it to another EA Account, but your in-game progress will not transfer over.

Yes if you remember your other Ea account.
Another problem i guess is that if you keep playing for 6 months and then link it back to your original EA account, any new progress won't transfer over.
Maybe contact EA and tell them to link it now.

    Hey @alfacides,

In this case you'd just need to unlink your PSN account from the new EA Account using these steps

Once that's unlinked, the next time you log into Apex on PS4 it will ask you to sign into an EA Account to continue. At that point you'll just need to enter the EA Account information for the older EA Account that had all your progress.

If you run into trouble with that process or wanted to update the email addresses on those accounts, definitely feel free to reach out to an advisor so they can help get that straightened out.

  • I unlinked my Xbox acct from my ea acct because I wasnt getting my prime rewards and the only fix I could find for that was to unlink and relink. So I did that I relinked it to my same acct as before but when I signed in I got my prime rewards but lost everything else. What do I do?

If you've re-linked it to the exact same account, everything you'd previously unlocked should have been restored as well. Typically that would just disappear if it's a different account.

This isn't something we're able to check on the forums I'm afraid, so the best bet here would be to reach out to an advisor so they can take a look over the account.

  • Hi. I'm having a similar problem. I tried to login to EA with my xbox account and got the message "Linked account found." I continued the login process and found that all of my content waslost on apex. I was never linked before, so I don't have access to the old EA account to reconnect to my xbox account.

Hey @Vrayedx2, this would indicate your PSN account was previously connected to a different EA Account.

Re-linking to the same account should restore your progress, but you'll need to reach out to support directly if you run into any trouble with this, as it's not something we're able to assist with on the forums.

If you unlinked a platform from your EA account, that will result in a loss of progress as the progress is stored on the EA account, not individual platforms.

Progress cannot be transferred from one EA account to another, so the only way to restore that progress would be to re-link your PSN to the same EA account.

If you're unable to do so directly, you'll need to contact support for further assistance.
