I'd highly recommend checking out this article if you are unable to access your current email address:

If you are unable to get your issue fixed via those steps then you can also start a live chat with an EA advisor on via this link:

    neither of them are helpfull the first one literally says try recovering your email and on the second there is just no live chat option in it
