To confirm if your Xbox account was previously linked to a separate EA account this would be why you are missing progress. 

This is because progress and items are stored at the EA account level and not the Platform account. If you wish to attempt to recover your progress/items you would need to link your Xbox account back to its original EA account. 

However, this would mean you could not use the Xbox and PC accounts together for Cross-Progression in Apex Legends.

    Hi @Crazygame_Boy001 

    To confirm the cool down time before you can link to a different EA account is applied to all EA accounts and cannot be manually removed. 


    @DudstepPandaa Are you missing items from having unlinked your platform account and relinking it? 

  • hi, my progress from the last couple of seasons has disappeared, some unlocked characters have been locked again, also the cosmetics from the same couple of seasons have disappeared, the battlepass is as if it was not even purchased, the progress is now up to level 50.
    I play on ps5, xbox one and PC (which is my main acc)
    I couldn't select anything or exit the screen, I don't know why, all my accounts are unlinked.
    my question is what now
