It didn’t work. Did everything you said. The full run down of the issue is: for about a week or two out of the blue I started getting packet loss BUT ONLY IN RANKED. I thought it was my internet so called my ISP and everything is perfect on my end and there end. I’m getting extremely high ping and packet loss. Again only in ranked, so it can’t be me. Any other solutions?

Thanks for getting back to me. We'll keep trying to find out why this is happening. Do you use a wired or wireless connection? Also, try using alternate DNS settings with the steps here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
I use a wired connection and things was so bad I already tried the google dns, while it did help for a few minutes, it remained the exact same. I talked to some of my friends who also have this issue and they said they’ve been getting it since the last patch.

That's really odd a wired connection is bad. Was it worse than being wireless? Also, do you have a PC by chance? If so let’s find out how your connection is reaching our servers. Can you run a UO Trace and screenshot the results? Instructions are here. If you're going to remain on wireless, please use the same wired connection you play on and have your PC as close to your console as possible.
I meant, the connection to the servers were so bad I already tried a dns but it didn’t work. My wired connection is flawless. I don’t have a pc right now as it broke. Like I said before though, in all other games no packet loss or high ping and some friends on console only has been getting this same issue with ONLY ranked. Arenas and everything else is flawless.

Without that test, we can't find out the quality of your connection, unfortunately. Can you check your router settings to make sure UPnP is enabled? Also, see if QoS (Quality of Service) is available. If it is, it would be good to enable it.
