Re: Issues after Cross Progression is activated on your account? Check here first!

I recently merged my playstation and xbox accounts together but after being prompted I merged them and my lower level account which was the xbox has now become the main account and I have lost all of my playstation items skins,heirloom,badges etc. I know that stats aren't transferred which I don't care much for but it's like my playstation account has disappeared. My playstation account was the higher level and had been active for over a year but now my xbox is shown as the main account on both systems with no trace of any item on the playstation account. I've tried restarting my game and console many times but nothing has worked. I'd like to know if there's any way I can fix this problem or if anyone else is having it. My playstation account is judenator917 and my xbox is Natorx5795

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress. This sounds like you've linked your PlayStation account to a different EA account where your Xbox was already linked. That would be why you're seeing the Xbox progress but no PlayStation progress.

You would need to re-link the PlayStation account to its original EA account to try recovering access to that progress, but it's not possible to combine or transfer progress from one EA account to another.
