Re: It won’t allow me to press “a” to log into Apex

This has happened to me twice. I will be playing it will freeze and crash and then when I load back in it won't let me push a or change servers just close it. I've tried the power cycle it doesn't work. I've had to resort to deleting and reinstalling the game. This is 2 now. I just want to play.

Have you tried updating your system, it was doing the same thing for me and I’m on ps4, then I updated my system and it worked again

Can't get it to work either

Been having same issue on my Xbox series S; I use the tb stealth 600 headset which connects wirelessly via a usb transmitter. Seems completely irrelevant, but for some reason unplugging that transmitter before starting the game up has fixed it for me. If u have something similar I’d try that

Omg! I thought I was wasting my time getting on here but I was desperate. I have paid 1,000’s on this stoopid game for it to lock me out. I have Turtle Beaches but same trick with the Bluetooth adapter. Thanks boys!

Wow that actually worked for me. Bout the 600 stealths yesterday and it started as soon as I plugged it in! Thanks! 

My dude I was having the worst time was tryna play since last got big as hell went to sleep did the same thing today and I looked at yours and did what you said and it work thanks Brodie 

Try Updating Your console

We can't just keep constantly restarting our xbox. How big of a nuisance. Can we please get better support than the obvious of restarting our system. 

Idk but why don’t you try updating your controllers software

This worked for a little while but the problem just keeps happening, I have to replug it half the time I get on its annoying. Also rampart is best looking legend.

Unplug the connector and login into the game then plug it back in
