When you unlink a platform from an EA Account and try to link it to another EA Account, you lose progression.
As long as you don’t unlink any platform accounts from your main EA Profile, cross progression will do its thing once you get the notification. And it will work with whatever amount of platform accounts you have linked in that main EA Account.
