Sorry to hear you've lost that prior progress on the account.

Any time you unlink another platform from an EA account, there is a chance that progress will be permanently lost. 

The only way to try restoring access to that progress would be to re-link the original EA and PSN accounts. There wouldn't be a way to bring the progress over to a new ID, but if you're having any trouble re-linking the original accounts it would be best to contact support so they can take a look.
