Re: Low fps and disconects due to EasyAntiCheat

@m0NEYof What do we have:
RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64 - RAM problems(gpu maybe?)
LiveKernelEvent - power loss?

*1. Update your Z370M BIOS (from gigabyte.com) and reset BIOS settings to default
2. Update your chipset drivers (from gigabyte.com)
3. Uninstall nvidia drivers with DDU, reboot and install v417.71
*can skip it

If it does not help, then we will think what to do next.

    @CucoxBaT  Thanks for your help friend.

    my results:

    after upgrading the chipset: still 30 fps

    after upgrading bios to f13 version: still 30 fps

    after removing my nvidia drivers with DDU and installing the v417.71 version you shared the link to: I continue with 30 fps

    Absolutely nothing has changed, if I look back at the ship, the game looks fluid.

    The same 30 fps on the ship and constant drops to the ground.

    About your other comments:

    RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64 - RAM problems (gpu maybe?)

    I'm researching about this ..

    LiveKernelEvent - power loss?

    I had a power outage recently, but the game was already broken before.

    PS: My roommate has almost the same hardware as me, bought at the same time.

    We have the same motherboard, the same RAM sticks, the same processor, except the GPU, I have an RTX 2060 and it has a GTX 1660. Another difference is my SSD which is m.2 and his is SATA , we both do not have HD.

    The game runs perfectly on his computer, with 100fps on the ship and constant 144 on the ground. He never had this FPS bug.

    This isolates my problem as possibly my GPU, no?

    A new version of my dxDiag is attached.

    Again thank you very much for your help.

  • @m0NEYof No problem 🙂 Can you take 1 RAM card from a roommate and replace all of your own instead? And disable swap-file

    @CucoxBaT  Dude ... you won't believe it.

    I was going to test with my friend's sticks, but before taking them, I decided to reverse mine (I have two sticks, just swapped with each other), and ... it worked.

    I also disabled swap-file, I prefer to believe that this is what solved.

    PS: My computer was still in the scenario of my previous post, with the nvidia January driver, I updated the driver to the latest Geforce Experience and everything kept working, super smooth.

    I will re-enable swap-file and test again to make sure what solved it.

    But man, you're Jesus Christ Himself, you're salvation. I love you

    THANKSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!

    @CucoxBaT dude .. this is funny ...
    I have swap-file enabled and EVERYTHING WORKS.

    What I had to do was just reverse the position of my RAM sticks.

    I've been with this problem for over 2 months (I swear) and I've done absolutely everything but swap my memory sticks with each other, man, would that be a solution?

    I am trying to understand, how would it be possible? hahhaaha

    Thank you so much friend, you can not imagine how much it took me time and energy.
  • @m0NEYof Anytime, it is no problem :eahigh_file: Yes, the trouble was in memory. Not all programs pay attention to this, but everyone writes this to the log. As with anti-cheat, the solution is always easier than we think🥳
